Motherhood is operating with 62 tabs open in your brain at all times; that means any product that can up my multitasking game is a winner in my books. So when LG Canada reached out to see if I’d like to try their LG Quadwash dishwasher, I was HERE. FOR. IT. I’ve shared with you all that dishes are my least favourite chore, so anything that can make the process better (aka a shiny new dishwasher with luxe tech behind it) is worth testing. Here’s the bottom line with this dishwasher: it WILL save you time. Is there anything a mom wants more? Maybe for my toddler to sleep through the night in his own bed, but unfortunately no shiny appliance to help with that just yet.
So let’s get to it; how exactly is this sparkly piece of modern machinery going to save you those precious mom minutes? First, NO rinsing dishes beforehand. The LG Quadwash has a True Steam feature that loosens up any baked on mess at the start of the wash. The Quadwash system uses four spray arms instead of the typical two (hi, efficiency!), with multi motion arms that rotate back and forth while spinning. Basically, getting your dishes from all the angles, so everything is sparkling clean when the cycle is finished. No rewashing dishes because everything comes up perfect the first time, no matter how long that spaghetti sauce sat on your kid’s plate.
Next time saver? You can fit so much in this dishwasher. Like packing an entire family’s things into one suitcase for vacation, no dish left behind. The LG Quadwash has this EasyRack Plus system; basically, the racks can be adjusted up or down so you can fit baking pans, tall canisters, flower vases… whatever mom duty calls for cleaning. So, you can officially break up with washing anything by hand.
Ok so it fits big things, but what about all the tiny pieces that come along with kids items right? The top rack is perfect for all of them – sippy cup pieces, little forks and spoons that don’t fit anywhere else, AND (my favourite way to use it) keeping all the sharp knives out of baby’s reach for stress free unloading. That’s more of a sanity saver than a time saver, but also important these days. 
To sum it up, doing the dishes – still not my favourite chore, BUT way more efficient since the LG Quadwash dishwasher came into our home. It’s like my kitchen BFF. It knows I have no time for pre-washing and re-washing, it knows I need all the space and options to fit a family’s worth of dirty dishes, and it’s sleek and modern design is just pretty to look at.
